About Seal It Up!
A Local Las Vegas Asphalt Crew That Tells It Straight
Locally owned and operated. Built around one idea: protecting your pavement now costs a lot less than replacing it later.
Who we are
We live with the same heat your pavement does
Seal It Up! Asphalt & Sealcoating is a locally owned asphalt paving and sealcoating company serving the Las Vegas Valley. We work on driveways, HOA communities, retail and office lots, casinos and resorts, and industrial yards from Summerlin to Henderson, North Las Vegas to Boulder City, and over the mountains to Pahrump.
We've watched what Southern Nevada summers do to unprotected asphalt. The binder dries out, the surface fades to gray, cracks open, monsoon water soaks the base, and potholes follow. Most of the pavement we see fail early didn't have to. It just went too many summers without protection.
That's why we built the business around maintenance first: sealcoating every 2 to 3 years, sealing cracks while they're small, and repairing potholes all the way down to the base. When pavement really is past saving, we pave it right, starting with grading and a compacted base, so it reaches the 15 to 20 year life properly installed asphalt should have.
How we work
What you can expect from us
-
Straight answers
We tell you what your pavement needs and what it doesn't. If sealcoat and crack repair will do the job, that's what we quote. No upsell.
-
Desert materials
We use UV-resistant sealants and materials formulated for desert conditions, not generic products borrowed from milder climates.
-
Prep that holds
Clean surfaces, cleaned-out cracks, and repaired bases. The coating or patch is only as good as what's under it.
-
Your schedule
Driveways in a few hours, commercial lots in about a day, and larger properties planned in sections so you stay open.
Who we serve
Every kind of pavement in the valley
Our customers range from a homeowner with one faded driveway to property managers responsible for dozens of lots. The goal is the same for all of them: protect the asset and avoid the bigger bill.
-
Homeowners
Faded, gray, or cracking driveway? We tell you straight whether sealcoat and crack repair will save it or whether it needs more.
-
HOAs & Property Managers
Shared lots and community streets on a predictable maintenance cycle, with clear scopes your board can approve.
-
Businesses & Retail Centers
A sharp, safe lot that customers notice, with work scheduled so your doors stay open.
-
Casinos & Resorts
High-traffic pavement that cannot afford potholes, trip hazards, or faded markings.
-
Industrial & Logistics
Truck courts and yards built and maintained to stand up to heavy loads and constant turning traffic.
Why maintenance beats replacement
Think of sealcoating as sunscreen for your pavement. A fresh coat blocks the UV that dries out the binder, sheds water, and resists oil and fuel. Crack sealing with hot rubberized sealant keeps monsoon water out of the base. Together, they cost a fraction of what a repave does, and they're the difference between asphalt that lasts and asphalt that falls apart in a handful of summers.
We'd rather help you keep your pavement for 20 years than sell you a new driveway in 8. If you want to see how the numbers play out, read our guides on sealcoating versus repaving and the hidden costs homeowners miss. Or skip the reading and call 702‑915‑6591 for a free look at your pavement.
