What we look at during your free estimate
A good estimate starts with the pavement itself. When we visit, we check how far the surface has oxidized, where cracks are forming and how wide they are, whether any areas show alligator cracking or soft spots that point to a failing base, and where water goes when a monsoon storm rolls through. On parking lots, we also look at traffic flow, high-wear zones, and the condition of the striping.
Then we tell you what we see in plain terms. If sealcoating and crack sealing will protect what you have, that's what we recommend. If an area needs repair or new paving, we show you where and explain why. You get a clear scope and a straight price, with no pressure to decide on the spot.

Estimate questions
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We walk the pavement, explain what it needs, and give you a price. There's no charge and no pressure.
How fast will you get back to me?
We reply to estimate requests as quickly as we can. If it's urgent, like a pothole creating a hazard, call us directly so we can talk it through right away.
What should I tell you about my pavement?
The rough size, what you're seeing (fading, cracks, potholes, faded lines), and when you'd like the work done. Photos help too, and we'll ask for them when we reply.
